Asgard Systems Ltd. (“the Company”, “we”) respects the privacy of visitors to its website at asgardsys.co.il (“the Website”). We do not collect personal information about visitors, other than information you choose to submit to us:

Through the contact form:

• First and last name
• Phone number
• Email address
• Company name and job title
• Country
• The content of your message

Through job applications: if you send your CV to Jobs@asgardsys.co.il, we receive the details included in the CV and in your email.

This information is collected only when you choose to submit the contact form or send us an application.

3. How we use the information

We use the personal information we receive only for the following purposes:

• Contacting you and responding to your inquiry
• Providing information or services you requested
• Managing ongoing business communication related to your inquiry
• Reviewing job applications and contacting candidates

We will not use the information for any other purpose and will not transfer it to third parties, except as described in section 6, with your explicit consent, or where required by law.

4. Legal basis for processing

Processing is based on your consent, given freely and on your own initiative when you submit the contact form or send us an application, in accordance with the Protection of Privacy Law.

We take reasonable and accepted security measures to protect the personal information submitted to us against unauthorized access, misuse, alteration or destruction.

Information is kept only for as long as needed to fulfil the purposes described above, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

6. Service providers

The Website is hosted by GoDaddy, and messages submitted through the contact form, as well as job applications, are received by email through Microsoft 365. These providers process the information only to provide their services to us.

Apart from these providers, we will not transfer personal information to third parties unless you have given explicit consent, or we are required to do so by a court order or by a competent authority under law.

7. Your rights

Under Amendment No. 13 to the Law, you have the right to:

• Review the information we hold about you
• Request that the information be corrected if it is inaccurate, incomplete, unclear or out of date
• Request that the information be deleted, subject to the law

8. Cookies

The Website may use cookies for technical purposes and to improve the user experience only, without storing personally identifying information.

Some pages include videos embedded from Vimeo. Vimeo may set its own cookies when you view these videos, in accordance with its privacy policy.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time, at our discretion or following changes in the law. The date of the latest update will be published on this page, and continued use of the Website after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
